Cultural Fair 2012

May 14th was the annual Cultural Fair at Elizabeth Academy! The students

have been focusing on the European continent this year.

During the Fair students shared food and artifacts from France,

Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Ireland and Greece.

Traditions, cuisine and languages of the world were shared while friends and families enjoyed a presentation of song, dance and cultural displays by the children.

Thank you to all who made this year's fair a huge success!

"This year for Jake was amazing. At the beginning we were concerned he wasn't on track. To tell the truth we weren't sure what on track was. Thanks to the teachers and administration Jake blossomed. Sometimes I wonder if there's a way to keep him quiet. Jake found a love for numbers, the solar system, dinosaurs, science, and plants. Not worms so much! Not to mention his social skills. He loved going to school everyday. It's a good thing you taught him the months of the year. It's the only thing holding him back from asking me everyday when he gets to come back. We are very excited to have Jake in your program. We're looking forward to another amazing year!"
